You will liaise with third-party providers, analyze cost and coverage, and develop competitive total compensation packages aligned with our business goals. Strong English communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation and Benefits, specifically payroll administration.
• Knowledge of government compliance for compensation and benefits.
• Experience building compensation and benefits programs.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process payroll for all employees.
• Manage all aspects of benefits and compensation procedures.
• Plan and administer employee benefit programs both government mandated and company-initiated benefits.
• Enroll employees upon entitlement to HMO and government portals; cancel membership after separation.
• Liaise with third-party providers for enrollment, negotiation, and issue resolution.
