• Analytical, data-driven decision making and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Designs and applies compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensures SOPs for compensation and benefits are clear to DO.
• Mentors Department Officers to strengthen skills in Compensation & Benefits.
• Coordinates with other departments to align pay and retention goals.
• Prepares reports for audits and compliance; maintains records.
• Checks compliance with government-mandated benefits and regulations.
• Collaborates with government agencies and internal teams for timely support.
• Reviews and resolves compensation and benefits issues with clear solutions.
• Develops plans supporting Compensation & Benefits goals.
• Conducts regular branch payroll audits.
• Reviews DO audits to ensure policy adherence.
• Analyzes data, trends, and feedback to improve programs.
• Manages multiple priorities while sustaining accuracy.
