Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
• 1–2 years of people management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-m mandated benefits.
• Knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Compensation & Benefits function.
• Oversee administration of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll-related processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, benefits, deductions, and adjustments.
• Manage government-mandated benefits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review and maintain compensation and benefits records and employee data.
• Assist in development, review, and implementation of salary structures and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to support decisions.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Address and resolve employee concerns related to compensation and benefits.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners on compensation matters.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Compensation & Benefits team members.
• Support HR projects, audits, and related initiatives.
