Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Supervisor to oversee payroll-related processes and ensure compliance with Philippine regulations. The role focuses on developing competitive compensation and benefits programs and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will lead a team, conduct market benchmarking, and collaborate with internal departments to support HR initiatives and reporting. Full-time, on-site role based in Makati/Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
• Preferably 1–2 years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
• Knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Compensation & Benefits function.
• Oversee the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll-related processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, deductions, and adjustments.
• Manage government-mandated benefits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Review and maintain compensation and benefits records and employee data.
• Assist in the development, review, and implementation of compensation structures, salary grades, and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to support compensation decisions.
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports, analyses, and recommendations for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor and government regulations.
• Address and resolve employee concerns related to compensation and benefits.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners regarding compensation and benefits matters.
• Supervise, coach, and develop members of the Compensation & Benefits team.
• Support HR projects, audits, and other initiatives related to compensation and benefits.
