Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is a leading HMO in the Philippines seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to strengthen relationships with assigned corporate accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery.

You will coordinate with multiple internal teams to meet client needs and drive long-term value. You will manage renewals, monitor account health, and explore opportunities for account expansion while collaborating with sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
• 5–8 years in client relationship/account management or related field.
• Experience handling mid-sized to large corporate accounts.
• Background in HMO, healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned corporate accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Lead renewal planning and engagement activities within timelines; monitor account health.
• Coordinate with Operations, Medical Services, Claims, Billing, Provider Management, and other teams to address client concerns.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, benefit enhancements, and additional service offerings; support price reviews and contract Renewal discussions.
• Prepare account performance reports, utilization analyses, and management updates; track renewal status and client engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and maintain proper documentation.
