Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to strengthen relationships with corporate accounts, ensure service excellence, and drive client retention and growth.

You will serve as the primary liaison, coordinating with Operations, Medical Services, Claims, Billing, and Finance to deliver seamless service and timely solutions. The role requires 5–8 years in client relationship or B2B service management, with strong negotiation, presentation, and data reporting skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required, relevant healthcare/insurance context preferred.
• 5–8 years in client/ corporate relationship roles or B2B service management.
• Experience handling mid/large corporate accounts and renewal processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned corporate accounts to drive client satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Lead renewal planning and engagement activities with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Operations, Medical Services, Claims, Billing and Finance to resolve client issues.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, service enhancements and value realization.
• Prepare account performance reports and communicate insights to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
