Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to strengthen relationships with corporate accounts, ensure premier service delivery, and drive renewal management across the portfolio.

You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with Operations, Medical Services, Claims, Billing, and Provider Management to meet client needs and business objectives. The role emphasizes retention, account growth, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Corporate Sales, Healthcare, Insurance, or B2B Service Management.
• Experience managing mid-sized to large corporate accounts.
• Background in HMO, healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned corporate accounts.
• Lead renewal planning and engagement activities within prescribed timelines.
• Coordinate with Operations, Medical Services, Claims, Billing and more to address client concerns.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and service offerings.
• Prepare account performance reports and assign follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
