Job summary

Curran Daly & Associates seeks a Chief Human Resources Officer to lead enterprise-wide people and culture strategy. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will align workforce, leadership, and talent priorities with business objectives and board expectations.

The role requires extensive enterprise HR leadership experience, deep knowledge of Philippine labor regulations, and a track record in organizational transformation and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Significant enterprise-level HR leadership experience as CHRO, CPO, Group HR Head, Deputy CHRO, or equivalent.
• Broad experience across multiple HR disciplines, beyond a single specialization.
• Strong track record in organizational transformation and strategic workforce planning.
• Experience advising CEOs, Boards, or senior executive leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor and employment regulations.
• Proven experience in leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Experience managing digital transformation and workforce capability initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR strategy and end-to-end HR function.
• Advise the CEO and Board on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, succession, and people-related risks.
• Drive organizational transformation, change management, and workforce planning.
• Strengthen leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Lead digital workforce readiness, including reskilling, upskilling, automation, and AI adoption.
• Oversee employee experience, engagement, HR operations, governance, and Philippine labor compliance.
• Build and develop a high-performing HR leadership team.
