Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, IR, Law or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CHRP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR or equivalent is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership, with at least 5 years in CHRO or group HR head roles.
• Proven experience leading HR strategy across diverse units and locations.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, change management, and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the Group Human Capital Strategy aligned with long-term objectives.
• Establish standardized HR governance framework across all subsidiaries.
• Lead development and implementation of Group-wide HR policies, procedures, and standards.
• Define and monitor HR KPIs, workforce analytics, and performance metrics.
• Present strategic HR updates and insights to the Executive Committee and Board.
• Lead succession planning and leadership development across the Group.
• Drive HR digital transformation and HRIS/ATS implementations.
• Foster collaboration between Central HR and local HR teams under a unified model.
• Promote a data-driven HR culture through analytics and reporting.
