Strata Results Recruitment in the Philippines is partnering with a diversified conglomerate to appoint a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the Group's HR function. Reporting to the Chairman and Group Presidents, the CHRO will develop and execute a unified HR strategy across subsidiaries, balancing governance with operational needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, IR, Law or related field.
MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
Professional certifications such as CHRP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR or equivalent is an advantage.
Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership, with at least 5 years in CHRO or group HR head roles.
Proven experience leading HR strategy across diverse units and locations.
Strong expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, change management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Group Human Capital Strategy aligned with long-term objectives.
Establish standardized HR governance framework across all subsidiaries.
Lead development and implementation of Group-wide HR policies, procedures, and standards.
Define and monitor HR KPIs, workforce analytics, and performance metrics.
Present strategic HR updates and insights to the Executive Committee and Board.
Lead succession planning and leadership development across the Group.
Drive HR digital transformation and HRIS/ATS implementations.
Foster collaboration between Central HR and local HR teams under a unified model.
Promote a data-driven HR culture through analytics and reporting.
