What we are looking for
Strata Results Recruitment is partnering witha diversified Philippine conglomerate in search of an experienced Chief HumanResources Officer (CHRO) to lead the Group's Human Resources function.
Reporting directly to the Chairman and GroupPresidents, the CHRO will be responsible for developing and executing a unifiedHR strategy across multiple business units while balancing centralizedgovernance with the operational needs of each subsidiary. This executiveleadership role will oversee strategic human capital initiatives includingtalent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, HRgovernance, workforce planning, employee relations, HR technology, andexecutive talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group Human Capital Strategy aligned withthe organization's long-term business objectives.
- Establish and maintain a standardized HR governance frameworkacross all subsidiaries.
- Lead the development and implementation of Group-wide HR policies,procedures, and standards.
- Define and monitor HR KPIs, workforce analytics, and organizationalperformance metrics.
- Present strategic HR updates, workforce insights, andrecommendations to the Executive Committee and Board.
Talent Management & Organizational Development
- Lead succession planning initiatives for executive andmission-critical positions.
- Build leadership development programs and high-potential talentpipelines across the Group.
- Advise business leaders on organizational design, workforceoptimization, restructuring, acquisitions, and change management.
- Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadershipcapability initiatives across all business units.
Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards
- Design and implement competitive compensation and job gradingframeworks.
- Develop executive compensation strategies and oversee incentivesprograms.
- Lead Group-wide benefits programs, wellness initiatives, andpayroll governance.
- Monitor labor costs while ensuring internal equity and marketcompetitiveness.
Employee Relations, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutoryrequirements, and applicable industry regulations.
- Oversee employee relations strategies and provide executiveguidance on complex labor and disciplinary matters.
- Serve as the final escalation point for significant employeerelations and compliance cases.
- Identify and mitigate organizational people risks while promotingethical leadership and governance.
Talent Acquisition & HR Technology
- Lead executive recruitment and workforce planning across the Group.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top leadershiptalent.
- Drive HR digital transformation through the implementation andoptimization of HRIS, ATS, Payroll, Performance Management, and WorkforceAnalytics solutions.
Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and develop HR Heads and HR Managers across multiplesubsidiaries.
- Foster collaboration between Central HR and local HR teams under a unified HR operating model.
- Promote a data-driven HR culture through workforce analytics andperformance reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HumanResources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Law, or arelated discipline.
- MBA or Master's Degree is highlypreferred.
- Professional certifications such asCHRP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HRleadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CHRO, Group HR Head, orequivalent executive HR leadership role within a multi-company or conglomerateenvironment.
- Proven experience leading HRstrategy across diverse business units and multiple locations.
