Job summary

A7 Recruitment Company in Cebu City seeks a Chief Human Resources Officer to drive strategic HR leadership and align people initiatives with the company’s business goals. You will partner with the CEO and executive leadership on organizational development, talent acquisition, compensation, learning, performance management, and labor relations, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

MBA is required; at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role and proven ability to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA is required.
• At least 5 years in a senior executive HR leadership role (CHRO/VP/AVP or equivalent).
• Proven experience leading HR across strategy, talent, relations, comp, learning, performance, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals.
• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership on organizational development and human capital initiatives.
• Lead strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and competency development.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs and salary structure reviews.
• Develop learning and leadership development programs and drive performance management.
• Oversee HR policies, HRIS, reporting, and HR analytics; manage HR budgets.
