• 15+ years HR leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide HR strategy.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Drive employee engagement, culture building, and retention programs.
• Oversee compensation & benefits strategy and performance management frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate governance standards.
