Job summary

CW Home Depot is recruiting a Commercial Sales Consultant to drive volume sales, support architects, builders, and contractors, and ensure service excellence across site locations in Ortigas, Commonwealth and other Quezon City areas.

The role requires strong product knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to meet monthly quotas while coordinating with Marketing and Sales Heads for project and retail opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or fresh graduates welcome.
• 1 year of sales experience in retail/construction is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent sales ability and solid product knowledge.
• Technical knowledge of merchandise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle volume/bulk sales transactions for CW Home Depot.
• Source and identify potential buyers and new construction projects; close sales deals.
• Assist clients (architects, builders, contractors, developers, engineers, users) with bills of materials for projects and walk-ins.
• Hit monthly quota set by management.
• Ensure all sales documents are properly accounted for.
• Submit daily reports needed by Sales Head.
• Promote CW Home Depot and ensure product recommendations match area stock and quality.
• Assist walk-in customers from inquiry to delivery and after-sales feedback.
• For project sales, manage emails, telemarketing, faxes, CI, and sample presentations to convert to sales.
• Participate in events as requested by Marketing and top management.

A Commercial Sales Consultant of CW Home Depot is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• Handles volume/bulk sales transactions of CW Home Depot
• Source and identify potential buyers, new construction projects, and close sales deals
• To assist clients such as architects, Builders, Contractors, Developers, Engineers, and users with a bill of materials for projects and walk-in
• To hit the monthly quota as set by the management
• Ensure all sales documents are properly accounted for
• Submits daily report needed by the Sales Head
• Ensures that the product recommended to the client must be set as the standard by the company (proper estimate with the given area, quality, durability, and availability of stocks)
• To promote the CW Home Depot
• For walk-in – beginning inquiry until transaction and delivery for after-sales feedback
• For project – Email, telemarketing, fax, CI (credit investigation), and saturation (present sample needed by the client) convert into sales
• To join events as requested by the Marketing and top management

Qualifications and Requirements
