Qualifications

• At least college level/undergraduate.
• One year of sales in retail and construction is an advantage, but not required.
• Excellent sales ability and product knowledge.
• With good verbal and written communication skills.
• With excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to go on fieldwork assignments and work on holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handles volume/bulk sales transactions of CW Home Depot.
• Source and identify potential buyers, new construction projects, and close sales deals.
• Assist clients such as Architects, Builders, Contractors, Developers, Engineers with BOMs and walk-in inquiries.
• Hit the monthly quota as set by management and ensure all sales documents are accounted.
• Submit daily reports needed by Sales Head and promote CW Home Depot promos.
• For walk-in: manage inquiries to delivery and after-sales feedback.
• For projects: email, telemarketing, fax, credit investigation, and samples presentation to convert into sales.
• Join events as requested by Marketing and top management.

A Commercial Sales Consultant of CW Home Depot is responsible for the following:

• Handles volume/bulk sales transactions of CW Home Depot
• Source and identify potential buyers, new construction projects, and close sales deal
• To assist clients such as Architect, Builders, Contractors, Developers, Engineers, and users with a bill of materials for projects and walk-in
• To hit the monthly quota as set by the management
• Ensure all sales documents are properly accounted
• Submits daily report needed by the Sales Head
• Ensures that the product recommended to the client must be set the standard by the company (proper estimate with the given area, quality, durability, and availability of stocks)
• To promote promo of the CW Home Depot
• For walk-in – beginning inquiry until transaction and delivery for after-sales feedback.
• For project – Email, telemarketing, fax, CI (credit investigation), and saturation (present sample needed by the client) convert into sales.
• To join events as requested by the Marketing, Corporate Communications, and top management
