Job summary

CW Home Depot, operated by CW Marketing and Development Corporation in Cavite, seeks a Commercial Sales Consultant to manage volume and bulk sales, identify buyers, and close deals for projects and walk-ins.

You will assist architects, builders, contractors, developers, and engineers with bills of materials, conduct outreach via email/phone, and promote CW Home Depot products while meeting monthly quotas and ensuring proper documentation and after-sales feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; fresh graduates welcome.
• 1 year sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent sales ability and product knowledge.
• Technical knowledge of merchandise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle volume/bulk sales transactions of CW Home Depot.
• Source and identify potential buyers, new construction projects, and close sales deals.
• Assist architects, builders, contractors, developers, engineers and users with a bill of materials for projects and walk-ins.
• Hit the monthly quota as set by the management.
• Ensure all sales documents are properly accounted for.
• Submit daily reports needed by the Sales Head.
• Promote the CW Home Depot products and availability.
• For walk-ins – manage inquiry to delivery and after-sales feedback.
• For projects – email, telemarketing, fax, CI, and saturation to convert into sales.
• Join events as requested by Marketing and top management.

A Commercial Sales Consultant of CW Home Depot is responsible for the following:

• Handles volume/bulk sales transactions of CW Home Depot


• Source and identify potential buyers, new construction projects, and close sales deals


• To assist clients such as architects, Builders, Contractors, Developers, Engineers, and users with a bill of materials for projects and walk-in


• To hit the monthly quota as set by the management


• Ensure all sales documents are properly accounted for


• Submits daily report needed by the Sales Head


• Ensures that the product recommended to the client must be set as the standard by the company (proper estimate with the given area, quality, durability, and availability of stocks)


• To promote the CW Home Depot


• For walk-in – beginning inquiry until transaction and delivery for after-sales feedback


• For project – Email, telemarketing, fax, CI (credit investigation), and saturation (present sample needed by the client) convert into sales


• To join events as requested by the Marketing and top management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, fresh graduates, are welcome to apply.


• One year of experience in sales in retail and construction is an advantage, but not required
