Job summary

CW Home Depot in Imus, Cavite requires a Commercial Sales Consultant versed in bulk sales, client consultation, and project support. You will manage inquiries from walk-ins and projects, prepare BOMs, and coordinate with architects, builders, and developers to close deals.

The role demands strong sales ability, negotiation prowess, and willingness to fieldwork and work on holidays, with daily reporting to Sales Head and active participation in CW Home Depot promotions.

Qualifications

• At least college level/undergraduate.
• One year of sales in retail and construction is an advantage, but not required.
• Excellent sales ability and product knowledge.
• With good verbal and written communication skills.
• With excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to go on fieldwork assignments and work on holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handles volume/bulk sales transactions of CW Home Depot.
• Source and identify potential buyers, new construction projects, and close sales deals.
• Assist clients such as Architects, Builders, Contractors, Developers, Engineers with BOMs and walk-in inquiries.
• Hit the monthly quota as set by management and ensure all sales documents are accounted.
• Submit daily reports needed by Sales Head and promote CW Home Depot promos.
• For walk-in: manage inquiries to delivery and after-sales feedback.
• For projects: email, telemarketing, fax, credit investigation, and samples presentation to convert into sales.
• Join events as requested by Marketing and top management.
