Job Description

Commercial Sales Consultant of CW Home Depot is responsible for the following:

• Handles volume/bulk sales transactions of CW Home Depot
• Source and identify potential buyers, new construction projects, and close sales deals
• Assist clients such as architects, builders, contractors, developers, engineers, and users with a bill of materials for projects and walk-in
• Hit the monthly quota as set by management
• Ensure all sales documents are properly accounted for
• Submit daily reports needed by the Sales Head
• Ensure product recommendations meet company standards (proper estimate with area, quality, durability, and stock availability)
• Promote CW Home Depot
• Manage walk-in inquiries to transaction and delivery, including after-sales feedback
• Convert project inquiries via email, telemarketing, fax, credit investigation, and saturation samples into sales
• Join events as requested by Marketing and top management
• Bachelor's degree; fresh graduates welcome to apply
• One year of sales experience in retail and construction is an advantage, but not required
• Excellent sales ability and product knowledge
