Job summary

CW Home Depot is seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant in Metro Manila to drive volume sales and close deals for CW Home Depot products. The role includes assisting architects, builders, contractors, and engineers with material requirements and project quotes.

The ideal candidate has college-level education, strong selling skills, and willingness to perform fieldwork and holiday shifts to meet monthly quotas and grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• College level/undergraduate status.
• 1 year of sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent sales ability and product knowledge.
• Technical knowledge of merchandise.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing for fieldwork assignments.
• Willing to work during holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handles volume/bulk sales transactions.

• Hit the monthly quota as set by the management.
• Ensure all sales documents are properly accounted for.
• Submits daily reports needed by the Sales Head.
• Promote promos of CW Home Depot products.
• For walk-in – handling inquiries and delivery for after-sales feedback.
• For projects – email, telemarketing, credit investigation, and sample presentation to clients.
• Join events as requested by Marketing, Corporate Communications, and top management.

A Commercial Sales Consultant of CW Home Depot is responsible for the following:

• Handles volume/bulk sales transactions of CW Home Depot
• Source and identify potential buyers, new construction projects, and close sales deals
• To assist clients such as architects, Builders, Contractors, Developers, Engineers, and users with a bill of materials for projects and walk-in
• To hit the monthly quota as set by the management
• Ensure all sales documents are properly accounted for
• Submits daily report needed by the Sales Head
• Ensures that the product recommended to the client must be set the standard by the company (proper estimate with the given area, quality, durability, and availability of stocks)
• To promote promo of the CW Home Depot
• For walk-in – beginning inquiry until transaction and delivery for after-sales feedback.
• For project – Email, telemarketing, CI (credit investigation), and saturation (present sample needed by the client) convert into sales.
• To join events as requested by the Marketing, Corporate Communications, and top management

We are looking for someone with:

• At least college level/undergraduate
• One year of experience in sales in retail and construction is an advantage, but not required
• Excellent sales ability and product knowledge
• Technical knowledge of merchandise
• With good verbal and written communication skills
• With excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
