RCBC is seeking a sales-focused professional to support the Business Center’s volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role requires readiness to be assigned in Otis and collaborate with the Branch Manager to reach sales targets.

The ideal candidate has a business-related degree and demonstrates strategic planning, risk awareness, and knowledge of credit evaluation and banking policies to drive retail banking product uptake.

Competenze

• Experience in sales within a banking environment is preferred.
• Ability to prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports.
• Knowledge of bank products and services and related policies.
