Job summary

RCBC is seeking a dynamic sales professional to support the Business Center's growth through account acquisition and cross-selling YGC products. The role requires collaboration with the Branch Manager to hit sales targets and adapt to a banking environment.

You will develop and execute monthly and daily sales plans, document action steps, and help market retail banking solutions. A Bachelor’s degree and strong strategic planning, risk management, and credit evaluation knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong ability to work in a sales and banking environment.
• Adapt to surroundings and apply learnings as leadership tools.
• Experience in strategic planning and management.
• Knowledge of risk controls is advantageous.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation and banking policies.
