Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Sales and banking environment experience is preferred.
• Strong grasp of Strategic Planning and Management.
• Knowledge of risk controls in banking.
• Experience with credit evaluation and banking policies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports; ensure accurate recording of actions.
• Develop sales activities to market retail banking products.
