Job summary
IS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OPC is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth selling BPO and offshore IT services to Australian SMEs. You will identify new opportunities, build executive-level relationships, and tailor sales strategies to the market.
Based in the Philippines, NCR+ region, you will coordinate with remote delivery teams and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, focusing on software development, cloud, and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B sales of offshore IT/BPO services.
- Strong network in the Australian SME market.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with remote/offshore delivery teams.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Experience in IT service domains such as software development, support, cloud, or digital transformation is a plus.
- Based in NCR+ (Metro Manila and surrounding areas) for in-person availability.
