Job summary

Staffstream is seeking a founder-level sales leader to establish and grow an offshore sales function from the ground up in Cebu. You will design CRM, telephony, scripts and reporting, while personally closing deals and building a team under you.

You'll define the sales process, set KPIs, and report progress to Australian leadership. The role requires a strong track record in direct sales, CRM proficiency, and hands-on management of a small squad, with hybrid work in Cebu.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building a sales team from scratch with concrete examples.
• Strong personal sales history in a direct sales or B2C environment.
• Experience managing recruitment, onboarding and coaching with measurable outcomes.
• Solid CRM proficiency and comfort with tech-enabled sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build offshore sales operation from scratch: CRM, telephony, scripts, KPIs.
• Define end-to-end sales process with clear, measurable stages and KPIs.
• Close deals personally while scaling the team and building processes.
• Recruit, onboard and develop a three-to-five person sales squad.
• Provide regular reporting to Australian leadership on performance & pipeline.
