Job summary

FBC Asia Pacific Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the BPO and outsourcing sector. This role owns the full sales lifecycle, from outbound prospecting to deal closure and account expansion.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Leadership to execute strategic initiatives, engage international clients across US, UK, AU and APAC, and build long-term offshore service partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related commercial roles.
• 3–5+ years of experience in BPO or outsourcing services is required.
• Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals independently.
• Established professional network that can be leveraged for business development.
• Strong understanding of marketing activities that support lead generation.
• Experience working with international clients across US, UK, AU, and APAC markets.
• Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp and similar marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly resilient, goal-oriented, and self-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives for BPO and outsourcing services with ownership of revenue performance.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline development, proposal preparation, deal closure, and account expansion.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and appointment setting to generate qualified leads.
• Execute structured outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email marketing (EDMs), and digital channels to support pipeline growth.
• Engage and build relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners, directors, and operations leaders across target markets.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align and execute business development strategies.
• Develop and manage sales campaigns across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Prepare tailored proposals and presentations aligned with client needs and BPO service offerings.
• Coordinate with Operations and Leadership teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and identify expansion opportunities.
• Provide input to improve sales and marketing collateral, including proposals, brochures, and website content.
• Prepare weekly reports covering sales activities, pipeline performance, campaign results, and revenue progress
