You will design solutions, present outsourcing options, and expand relationships with clients in the US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and the UK.

You will coordinate with internal teams, track KPIs, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives while working night shifts in a dynamic BPO environment.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of business development or sales, with 3+ years in a BPO environment.
• Experience in staffing, RPO, or talent acquisition models.
• 2+ years of people management with coaching capabilities.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Deep understanding of US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, or UK business landscape.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts and rotating schedules.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to convert market insights into actionable plans.

Aufgaben

• Lead Generation: Proactively source and engage potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking events.
• Business Opportunity Progression: Conduct discovery calls, design service solutions, and maintain client engagement through close/contract.
• Closing Opportunities: Address concerns to facilitate deal closure; understand contracting requirements.
• Market Intelligence: Research industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with leadership on targeted sales strategies for growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships, delivering tailored outsourcing solutions.
• Decision-Making: Manage escalations and analyze challenges to drive resolutions.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and report to senior management.
• Onboarding Support: Assist onboarding by coordinating with internal teams for day-one service delivery.
