Job summary

ePlus is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive high-level growth in an assigned territory, serving as an overlay resource to accelerate awareness, training, and pipeline development for AI, Cloud, and Data Center solutions.

You will collaborate with field sales, lead demand-gen campaigns, coach sales teams, and provide accurate sales forecasts while aiming to exceed financial targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of selling experience with business development in AI, Cloud, and Data Center technologies.
• Proven success selling to CXO/VP level.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Experience selling annuity-based managed services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of sales within the territory as the liaison.
• Train and develop field sales skills.
• Lead demand generation campaigns with field sales.
• Forecast sales accurately and meet financial targets.
