Job summary

Teamified is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive AI Business Automation sales for SMBs across industries such as accounting, construction, and logistics. You will engage prospects with consultative, Challenger-style conversations and own the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating with engineers and marketing to tailor solutions for AU/NZ clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B sales experience with a proven track record in SMB or mid-market environments.
• Experience selling automation, SaaS, or technology-enabled services is highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage SMB clients across targeted industries.
• Lead consultative sales conversations using Challenger Sales principles.
• Qualify opportunities with BANT and manage CRM records and pipeline in HubSpot.
• Deliver tailored product demos and collaborates with solutions engineers.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
