Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. You will identify strategic accounts, engage C-level stakeholders, and manage long, high-value sales cycles to position AI-powered SaaS solutions tailored to client needs.

You will own the full sales process—from prospecting to closing—while collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to ensure client success and value creation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–12 years in B2B sales or business development, enterprise SaaS or complex digital products.
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles of 6+ months and high-value deals (USD 100,000+).
• Proven track record of owning full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Fluency in English and Filipino (Tagalog) is needed for regional communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic enterprise accounts in the Philippines and SEA region.
• Engage senior and C-level stakeholders to understand business needs and map solutions.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: prospecting, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to ensure successful deals and satisfaction.
• Maintain a robust CRM pipeline with accurate forecasts and deal updates.
