Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. You will manage strategic accounts, engage senior stakeholders, and navigate long sales cycles for AI-powered SaaS solutions.

You will own the complete sales process from prospecting to closing, collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams, while working remotely based in Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or related field.
• 7–12 years in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably SaaS.
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles of 6+ months and high‑value deals USD 100,000+.
• Experience selling enterprise software/SaaS such as HR systems, CDP, SFA, or related solutions.
• Proven ability to own the full sales cycle with senior management/C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic enterprise accounts across the Philippines and SEA.
• Engage senior and C-level stakeholders and understand business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, closing.
