Job summary

Makro Philippines (CP Axtra AC Corporation) seeks a Section Manager – Store System Support to lead the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of critical store technology systems that drive retail and wholesale operations. You will oversee POS, inventory, pricing, merchandising, and related platforms to ensure stability and security.

You will coordinate with IT, operations, and vendors, drive incident management, and guide the Store System Support team to resolve issues promptly,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/BA or related field.
• 3–5 years IT support/retail systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience with retail/wholesale systems including POS, inventory, merchandising, or ERP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of store technology systems.
• Lead the Store System Support team and coordinate with IT, operations, and vendors.
• Ensure timely resolution of system issues to minimize disruptions and enhance operational performance.
• Support during system rollouts, weekends, holidays, or emergencies as needed.
