Job summary

The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year in supervisory or managerial roles in retail or food-related sectors, with strong Excel/POS skills and a customer-centric approach. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum supervisory or managerial experience in multi-unit management, food production, or retail bakery.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, customer service, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with e-commerce, commerce, or food delivery apps is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations at the assigned site, ensuring SOP compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the team; onboarding and training.
• Monitor sales KPIs, analyze data, and manage budgets and reports.
• Oversee inventory control and minimize waste with accurate records.
• Ensure strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and seasonal rollouts.
