MCA Asia Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a Junior Store Supervisor in Manila to oversee daily store operations, staff leadership, and inventory management. The role focuses on maintaining SOPs, ensuring food safety, and driving sales through effective team performance.

The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year in supervisory or managerial roles in retail or food-related sectors, with strong Excel/POS skills and a customer-centric approach. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum supervisory or managerial experience in multi-unit management, food production, or retail bakery.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, customer service, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with e-commerce, commerce, or food delivery apps is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations at the assigned site, ensuring SOP compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the team; onboarding and training.
• Monitor sales KPIs, analyze data, and manage budgets and reports.
• Oversee inventory control and minimize waste with accurate records.
• Ensure strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and seasonal rollouts.
