Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/facilities/ops or related field.
• 3–5 years in general affairs, admin, facilities management, or operations support; 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience across retail/wholesale/corporate offices or multi-site operations preferred.
• Knowledge of facilities management, vendor management, budgeting, procurement, and admin operations.
• Experience managing contractors, service providers, and operations support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee administrative, facilities, and support services for retail and wholesale facilities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure compliant, efficient operations.
• Manage budgets, procurement processes, and contract execution; drive process improvements.
