Job summary

Makro Philippines is seeking a Shift Operations Supervisor to lead DC and FC activities on a designated shift. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with logistics teams, supervise warehouse staff, and drive KPI attainment including productivity and accuracy across all fulfillment channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years in warehouse, DC, FC, or retail logistics.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily DC and FC operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Monitor workflow and allocate manpower to meet productivity and service targets.
• Ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of store and e-commerce orders.
• Coordinate with transportation and logistics for on-time dispatch and delivery.
• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse associates and team leaders.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate daily targets and priorities.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback and coaching.
