Qualifications

Makro Philippines (CP Axtra AC Corporation) is looking for a Section Manager – Goods Receiving who is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Goods Receiving section, ensuring that all merchandise delivered to the retail and wholesale facility is received accurately, inspected for quality and quantity, documented properly, and processed efficiently. This role oversees receiving personnel, coordinates with suppliers, warehouse, procurement, and store operations, and ensures compliance with inventory control, safety, and company policies to maintain an efficient supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, receiving, inventory, or retail/wholesale operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, distribution, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of receiving procedures, inventory control, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak business periods.
