Job summary

Makro Philippines (CP Axtra AC Corporation) is seeking a Section Manager for Goods Receiving to lead daily receiving operations. You will ensure accurate inspection, documentation, and efficient processing of goods delivered to the facility, coordinating with suppliers, warehouse, procurement, and store teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics with at least 2 years in a supervisory position, proficiency in WMS/ERP software, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business-related field and/or logistics.
• 3–5 years in warehouse, logistics, receiving or inventory roles; 2+ years in supervising/management.
• Experience in retail/wholesale or distribution environments preferred.
• Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Goods Receiving operations and ensure accurate inspection of deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, procurement, and store operations to maintain flow.
• Ensure inventory control, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports; drive process improvements.
