WE’RE HIRING: RESTAURANT SYSTEMS MANAGER

it is one of the Philippines’ leading Korean BBQ restaurant brands with multiple company-owned and franchise stores nationwide. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Restaurant Systems Manager who will lead the backbone of our operational technology and system standardization across all branches.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both restaurant operations and business systems — and wants to build scalable infrastructure for a fast-growing brand.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Restaurant Systems Manager is responsible for the implementation, optimization, and governance of all restaurant systems across our stores, including POS, reporting tools, integrations, and operational workflows.
You will act as the bridge between Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT, ensuring systems support speed, accuracy, cost control, and scalability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Systems Implementation & Rollout
- Lead end-to-end rollout of POS and restaurant systems across new and existing stores, manage pilot testing, deployment, training, and stabilization, standardize system configurations across branches, ensure seamless integration between POS, inventory, accounting and reporting systems
- Operational Controls & Optimization
- Design system controls to minimize food cost leakage, inventory variance, void/discount abuse, align POS configuration with menu engineering and recipe costing, improve reporting visibility for sales mix, store performance and operational KPIs, optimize workflows (dine-in, kitchen dispatch, inventory receiving, etc.)
- Multi-Store Governance
- Maintain centralized control over menu pricing, modifiers, promos, and user permissions, ensure consistent data integrity across branches, create exception reports and compliance dashboards, conduct system audits in coordination with Operations and Finance
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with POS providers and system vendors, oversee SLAs and escalation processes, collaborate with Operations, Finance and Supply Chain teams for process alignment
- Training & Change Management
- Develop training materials for store teams and area managers, lead system onboarding for new stores, conduct regular refreshers and updates on system enhancements
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have:
- 5–10+ years experience in restaurant systems, POS management or multi-branch operations technology
- Experience handling multi-store rollouts (10+ branches preferred)
- Strong understanding of restaurant workflows and cost control
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate operations into system rules and reports
- Experience working with POS ecosystems and system integrations
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Strong Advantage:
- Industrial Engineering, IT, Business or related degree
- Lean Six Sigma or process improvement background
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems integration
- Experience in F&B chains or high-volume restaurant brands
