Job summary

Clyde's Breads & Pastries is seeking a Store Supervisor for the Tarlac City branch (SM City Tarlac). You will oversee daily operations, ensure product quality and display, manage inventory and cash handling, and uphold food safety and brand standards.

The role requires leadership, customer service, and flexibility to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, with healthcare and housing benefits included.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant experience in retail, food service, or store operations.
• Knowledgeable in operating POS systems and handling sales transactions.
• Experienced in inventory management, stock monitoring, and inventory counts.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Able to manage daily store operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

We are looking for a Store Supervisor who is hardworking, reliable, customer-oriented, and willing to be assigned to any of our Tarlac City branch:
