Key Responsibilities:

Oversees daily store operations and staff.

Ensures product quality, freshness, and proper display.

Manages inventory, sales, cash handling, and wastage.

Maintains cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards.

Provides excellent customer service and resolves concerns.

Monitors sales performance and supports business growth.

Qualifications:

At least 6 months of relevant experience in retail, food service, or store operations.

Knowledgeable in operating POS (Point-of-Sale) systems and handling sales transactions.

Experienced in inventory management, stock monitoring, and inventory counts.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff.

Able to manage daily store operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
