Job summary

Clyde's Breads & Pastries is a growing bakery known for fresh breads, pastries, and treats crafted with quality ingredients. We are seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee our Bulacan area branches: SM City Marilao, SM San Jose Del Monte, and SM City Baliwag.

You will lead daily store operations, ensure product quality, manage inventory, and deliver excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, are reliable, and willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in retail, food service, or store operations.
• Knowledgeable in operating POS systems and handling sales transactions.
• Experienced in inventory management, stock monitoring, and inventory counts.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Able to manage daily store operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
