Job summary

Clyde's Breads & Pastries in Parañaque City is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations at SM City Sucat and SM City Bicutan. You will supervise staff, ensure product quality, manage display and POS transactions, and support shift workflows.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in retail or food service, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to food safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in retail, food service, or store operations.
• Knowledgeable in operating POS (Point-of-Sale) systems and handling sales transactions.
• Experience in inventory management, stock monitoring, and inventory counts.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Able to manage daily store operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

We are looking for a Store Supervisor who is hardworking, reliable, customer-oriented, and willing to be assigned to any of our Parañaque City branches:

SM City Sucat

SM City Bicutan

Key Responsibilities:
