Job summary

Clyde's Breads & Pastries in the Philippines seeks a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, staff, and customer service at our Muntinlupa City branches.

You will ensure product quality and freshness, manage inventory, cash handling, and wastage, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and provide outstanding service while supporting sales growth.

This role requires shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, and offers opportunities to develop leadership skills in a growing bakery.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in retail, food service, or store operations.
• Knowledgeable in operating POS (Point-of-Sale) systems and handling sales transactions.
• Experienced in inventory management, stock monitoring, and inventory counts.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
