Job summary

Clyde's Breads & Pastries in Laguna is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our Laguna area branches. You will lead staff, ensure product quality and proper displays, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include inventory control, cash handling, and maintaining food safety and brand standards while supporting sales growth and a smooth, efficient workflow across shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in retail, food service, or store operations.
• Knowledgeable in operating POS systems and handling sales transactions.
• Experienced in inventory management, stock monitoring, and inventory counts.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Able to manage daily store operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
