About the role

We are seeking a Store Specialist to join DITO Telecommunity Corporation in Bohol, Central Visayas. This is a contract position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within our retail environment. As a Store Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging customers, promoting our products and services, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This position is essential to achieving our retail objectives and building strong customer relationships within the Bohol region.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming store environment
• Provide knowledgeable product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and questions
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Promote DITO Telecommunity Corporation products and services to customers, achieving sales targets
• Maintain store displays, ensuring merchandise is well-organised, visually appealing and properly stocked
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with inventory management, stock checking and restocking of shelves and displays
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store at all times
• Support promotional activities and campaigns as directed by management
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve store performance goals

What we’re looking for

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, though we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
• Excellent customer service orientation and commitment to providing outstanding service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Reliable, punctual and professional in appearance and conduct
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as required
• Positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to support team initiatives
• Knowledge of telecommunications products and services is advantageous but not essential
