Job summary

Concentrix in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Renewals (Outbound Sales) to join our onsite night-shift team.

The role focuses on selling and renewing contracts, with responsibilities spanning prospecting, lead qualification, and driving revenue retention across moderate complexity clients. You will engage with customers via outbound contacts, manage high-volume沟通, and maintain CRM data accuracy while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to achieve Market Development goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in a metrics-driven sales or customer-facing role.
• Experience with SaaS opportunities.
• Experience in prospecting, outreach, lead qualification and lead generation.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English for Philippines market.

Responsibilities

• Follow outbound contact schedule to reach targeted potential customers identified through prospecting.
• Assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners and other sources.
• Qualify the BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline) of leads.
• Help Sales and Marketing reach Market Development related goals.
• Help identify the best solutions for customers and how to implement those solutions.
• Foster trust between customers and clients.
• Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure data is captured.
