Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year outbound sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work night shifts and in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Renewals & Retention: Manage and execute timely renewal processes for existing accounts.
• Customer Success Services (CSS): Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver experience-enhancing solutions.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with medium enterprise clients.
• Sales Strategies: Develop strategic plans to hit sales targets and expand the customer base within existing accounts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, product, and customer success teams for seamless service delivery.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track renewal performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
