Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/products/services with upsell when applicable
• Work within dedicated territory for an established client
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
• Master product knowledge and assess client needs
• Promote products/services for the established client
• Onboard customers after purchase and drive adoption to accelerate value
• Use data to identify at-risk accounts and opportunities to remediate issues
• Manage high-volume outreach via phone and email (outbound focus)
• Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to meet customer expectations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and CRM usage
• Keep CRM updated with timely data
