You will focus on renewing contracts, handling customer engagements, and driving revenue retention for our clients' SaaS offerings. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a metrics-driven sales or customer-facing role, fluency in English and Tagalog, strong communication, and the ability to analyze opportunities and persuade stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in metrics-driven sales or customer-facing role.
• Experience with SaaS opportunities.
• Experience in prospecting, outreach, lead qualification and lead generation.
• Fluency in English and Tagalog for the Philippines market.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to analyze opportunities and persuade stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to inform decisions and strategy.
• Ability to develop compelling renewal strategies.

Responsibilities

• Follow outbound contact schedule to reach targeted potential customers.
• Assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners and other sources.
• Qualify the BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline) of leads.
• Help Sales and Marketing achieve Market Development goals.
• Identify best solutions for customers and how to implement them.
• Foster trust between customers and clients.
• Master product knowledge and service details to assess client requirements.
• Initiate steps to resolve customer concerns and drive satisfaction.
• Manage high volume of contacts via phone and email daily.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure accurate capture of interactions.
