Job summary

Responsibilities

• Renewals & Retention: manage and execute renewal processes for existing accounts.
• Customer Success Services (CSS): partner with clients to deliver experience-enhancing solutions.
• Account Management: build and maintain relationships with medium enterprise clients.
• Sales Strategies: develop plans to hit targets and expand within existing accounts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with sales, product, and CSS teams.
• Reporting & Analysis: track renewal performance metrics and trends.
