• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Renewals & Retention: Manage and execute renewal processes to ensure timely retention of existing accounts.
• Customer Success Services (CSS): Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance their experience and success.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with medium enterprises.
