Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead the recruitment process, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience across multiple roles.

You will own end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboarding, collaborate with hiring managers, screen candidates, maintain pipelines, analyze metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• At least 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in a TSP Industry is a must.
• Strong recruitment practices and communication.

A Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for leading the recruitment process, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while filling various positions within an organization.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
• Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various platforms and networks.
• Candidate Screening: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
• Data Management: Maintain and manage candidate databases and recruitment metrics to analyze the effectiveness of sourcing methods and improve processes.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and company hiring policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully filling a range of positions.
• Experience in a TSP Industry is a must
• Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
